The size of the main reception room is 30' x 23'. The front foyer is 30' x 12'
Available for your use: 7 round 48" tables, 4 - 6' banquet tables
60 folding chairs, and a large buffet serving table.
Also available is a wheelchair ramp for access thru the main front door
Only when the Historic Shepherdstown office receives your deposit and signed rental agreement is the date officially secured on the calendar. Final rental fee is due, payable to Historic Shepherdstown, at least 30 days before the function. If payment is not received, 30 days prior to your event, the date will no longer be guaranteed and the room will become available for another reservation; your security deposit will not be returned.
