Historic Shepherdstown Commission is very fortunate to have numerous volunteers that help in many aspects of the organization.  As any non-profit organization will attest, without the contributions of volunteers the work of non-profits would not come to fruition.

The board of Directors of Historic Shepherdstown would like to take this opportunity to thank some special volunteers who have contributed their time and resources to make the Entler Hotel so alive with the Spirit of the Season.

Our second thank you goes to Eric & Gloria Sundback.  The Sundback’s graciously donated a beautiful 14 foot Frazier Fir from their Christmas tree farm on Engle Molers Road.  Not only did the Sundbacks donate this beautiful tree to Historic Shepherdstown, along with six of their employees they delivered the tree and stabilized it in the garden.

This is the first year for a tree in the garden of the Entler and it is a magnificent sight not only at night when it is lit up, but also during the daylight when you can see the beauty of the tree.

Historic Shepherdstown is very thankful for all that contribute their time, talent and resources to our organization and would like to extend best wishes for a very

Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday Season to the community.
