Dear Board Members:

A Special Meeting of the Historic Shepherdstown Board of Directors will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 7:30 in the evening at the Entler Hotel, 129 E. German Street, Shepherdstown WV, to discuss the issue of renting the Morgan Room (front room) of the Entler Hotel to the Shepherdstown Visitors Center.

All board members are strongly encouraged to attend.
